1) How do I reserve Wake Sauna?

We will confirm availability and next steps within 24 hours.
2) How is the sauna cleaned?
The sauna is cleaned after every placement using water and natural cleaning agents. We maintain a clean, well-kept environment for each guest experience.
3) Who manages the fire?
Wake Sauna operates with a traditional wood-burning stove.
Guests are responsible for lighting and maintaining the fire. We provide clear instructions, fire starters, kindling, and split hardwood to make the process simple and safe. A walkthrough is included at delivery.
4) How many people fit inside?
The sauna comfortably accommodates 4–6 adults.
5) How long should I use the sauna or cold plunge?
Every body is different. We recommend listening to your body and practicing responsibly. If you have medical concerns, consult your physician before use.
6) What space is required?
The sauna footprint is approximately 7 ft wide x 8 ft long.
A level surface with adequate access for delivery is required. Photos of the placement area help us ensure proper setup and clearance.
7) Is it suitable for children?
Sauna is traditionally a family practice. Minors may use the sauna with direct parental supervision and completed waivers.
8) What is not allowed inside the sauna?
For safety and equipment protection, the following are prohibited:
• Smoking
• Drugs
• Alcohol
• Glass or ceramics
• Jewelry or metal accessories
9) What are delivery and pickup times?
Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance and coordinated to accommodate your placement window.
10) What is your reservation and cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a refund. Within 7 days, 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
